Roof/gutter repair completed end of may due to persistent leak. Work is holding up great and they were very affordable for all the work they completed. Emerald Roofing was one of three estimates I obtained for my roofing project. For the estimate, the owner, Sean, arrived on time, he was polite, professional, and he provided me with the good and the bad.

I received his estimate within 24 hours. After hiring him, they had me on the schedule and fixed my issue around the chimney within a week and was very good in our communications.

I was pleasantly surprised when he told me I didn’t need a new roof yet unless I get storm damage. I thought that was exceptional for nowadays because most companies try to convince you to get a new roof asap.

Emerald Roofing recently replaced my roof and gutters. Start to finish. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with this company from the time they came to give me the estimate everythjng was handled in the most professional and efficient manner. Their estimate was very detailed so I understood exactly what I would be charged. .Sean, the project manager, was outstanding - it was a pleasure dealing with him. He promptly responded to every one of my messages and made sure I knew exactly what would happen every step of the way. I received detailed instructions on what to do to prep for the roof installation. I.e. take pictures off walls, move plants… . The Team arrived EXACTLY on time. Their workers were extremely polite. They tarped all of the shrubs and mulched areas in my yard so no debris fell in the mulch. They moved my landscape lighting - and put it all back when finished..
When they completed my roof, they did an amazing job cleaning up. Friends had warned me that there would be nails scattered in the yard, but I have not found a single nail.
The gutter installation went just as smoothly. I look forward to getting siding from Emerald Roofing in the near future. I have never done a home improvement project where I’ve been so pleased with the company!

I had several leaks in my house due to the recent storm and was recommended Emerald Roofing. I reached out to them and the process was very straight forward and painless. I spoke to the customer representative and scheduled an inspection. Sean came by within a week and noted the issue was due to poor installation of the pipes/flashing on my roof. A week later his team came by to remove the old piping/shingles, install the new pipe jack flashing/shingles, and also sealed around the base of the solar panels. I'm happy with the results and the quick turn around time.
