I called Emerald out to inspect my roof to see if it needed to be replaced. They were very honest and said that it looked good and would probably last another 5-10 years. However, there was a patch by the chimney that needed repair. They gave me a good price and came out and fixed it quickly and worked with me on payment. Very honest and prompt company.

Emerald Roofing was one of three estimates I obtained for my roofing project. For the estimate, the owner, Sean, arrived on time, he was polite, professional, and he provided me with the good and the bad.

I received his estimate within 24 hours. After hiring him, they had me on the schedule and fixed my issue around the chimney within a week and was very good in our communications.

I was pleasantly surprised when he told me I didn’t need a new roof yet unless I get storm damage. I thought that was exceptional for nowadays because most companies try to convince you to get a new roof asap.
