He promptly responded to every one of my messages and patiently answered my questions. Sean made sure I knew exactly what would happen every step of the way. I received detailed instructions on what to do to prep for the roof installation - ie take pictures off walls, move plants ... the. Roofers tarped all of the shrubs and mulched areas in my yard so there was no debris in the mulch. They arrived EXACTLY on time. When they completed my roof they did an amazing job cleaning up. People warned me about nails but I have not found a single nail. Their workers were polite. I absolutely look forward to getting siding done with Emerald in near future."
