Yes, for qualified homeowners, alongside longer term options at standard rates. Approval usually takes a few minutes and there is no prepayment penalty, so you can pay it off early without a charge.
Does applying affect my credit score?
Pre qualification is typically a soft credit check that does not affect your score. A full application is a hard check. The lender will tell you which applies before you proceed.
Can I finance an insurance deductible?
You can finance your out of pocket costs, including a deductible. What no contractor may legally do in North Carolina is waive, rebate or absorb your deductible, and anyone offering that is proposing insurance fraud.
Do I have to finance through you?
No. Plenty of customers use a home equity line or pay outright. We present financing as an option alongside the written quote, not as a condition of it.
