What We Do WithYour Details.
Short version: we use them to talk to you about your roof, and nothing else. The long version is below.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and whatever you tell us about your roof. When you use the instant quote tool, our estimating provider also collects the property address in order to measure the roof from aerial imagery.
Like most websites we also collect ordinary analytics: which pages you looked at, how you arrived, and what device you used. That data is handled by Google Analytics and by our advertising tools, and it is not tied to your name.
What we use it for
To call or email you back about your roof, to schedule an inspection, to write and send your estimate, and to service the work afterwards. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with other contractors, lead brokers or marketing lists. Where we use a supplier to do a job for us, such as our scheduling and customer records system, they process the data on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS consent box, we may text you about your enquiry: estimates, scheduling and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of getting a quote or of buying anything from us, and opting out of texts does not affect anything else.
Insurance claims
If we are helping with a storm claim, we share the inspection photographs and the scope we have written with your insurer and your adjuster, because that is the point of the exercise. We do that with your knowledge on your specific claim, and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for two years and then deleted. Customer records are kept for as long as the workmanship warranty runs, plus the period our accountants and insurers require.
Having your details removed
Call 919-746-4771 or email office@emeraldroofingnc.com and ask. We will confirm it is done. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
Cookies
This site sets cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings. The site works without them, though forms may take slightly longer for us to attribute correctly.
